Our Guarantee
We only offer the finest quality animals for sale. In most cases we will hold ball pythons until they are at least 100 grams, and we will offer baby boas for sale but we will not ship them until they are really quite ridiculously well established - usually 12 to 16 weeks of age. By following this practice our buyers are allowed first chance at the most outstanding animals without the risk of shipping and establishing a neonate.
The more well established an animal is, the more well equipped it is to make the journey to your home and settle in with minimal stress. All animals are guaranteed to be free of parasites. Adult aimals are guaranteed to be feeding as represented. Please note that all snakes have the potential to go off of feed for a short period of time from shipping. If your new snake refuses food, please contact us - we might be able to offer suggestions to help!
Shipping Information
Shipping will run a flat rate of $75 per shipment, and in most cases several snakes can be shipped together. If you do use the Paypal checkout on the site, shipping will be added then.
Shipments are sent out once a week on Monday or Tuesday only. On occasions where shipping windows are narrowed due to weather restraints, we will work with our buyers to ship on an alternate day, but we may require the buyer to pick up at a shipping hub to lessen the risk of environmental exposure. All animals are shipped in insulated containers using overnight or same-day airline cargo service. Live arrival is guaranteed provided the recipient accepts the package on the first delivery attempt. We have never had an animal die or become ill during shipment. However, should a problem occur, please contact us immediately. Because we cannot control what happens after the snake leaves our care, we cannot guarantee extended health. If you have any questions on proper care of any snake, please ask before you make a purchase.
We reserve the right to delay shipment if conditions are unfavorable. Shipping to areas with temperatures above 85 degrees or below 60 will only be accomplished if the recipient agrees to pick the package up from the shipping facility hub.
Payment Information
Paypal is our preferred method of payment. However, if you do not have access to Paypal, we will also accept money orders or even personal checks if sent via overnight shipping service. We will have to hold shipment of the animal(s) until the funds clear, please expect this to take 5 to 7 business days and delay your shipment up to two weeks from the time that we receive your check. Payment via a Verified Paypal account can assure the fastest shipments.
Trade Considerations
Trades are occasionally considered. Initiator of the trade will always ship first. Each party shall pay for the shipping costs from their end.
